Our proud hamburger patty is made with a unique blend of five spices, giving it a spicy, punchy flavor. By using two types of minced meat, we are able to bring out the flavor and juiciness of the meat without it becoming too heavy or greasy, allowing you to enjoy it all the way to the last bite.It's especially popular with male customers, and the satisfying patty is a speciality!

◇About hamburger "buns"

Our hamburger buns are made from dough sourced from a long-established bakery that was founded 50 years ago.By forming, fermenting and baking the buns in-house, we are able to produce authentic buns that rival those made in a bakery. The fluffy texture and fragrant flavor are an excellent match for the patty, making the burger even more delicious.

We trained at the long-established bakery "Francekan," and prepare it every morning.It's surprisingly light, with a crispy outside and airy inside.

Access to our shop: Our shop is conveniently located within a 7-minute walk from Tenjin Minami Station on the Fukuoka City Subway. We are open from 11:00 to 18:00, so it is perfect for lunch or a quick drink in the afternoon.
